Welcome to Kell’s Classroom Collective.
We believe that learning can happen anywhere, at any time, just as long as we stay curious.
We see the magic in the mess, delight in the “not yet”, and fiercely celebrate ourselves and one another.
Why? Because we’re awesome.
Learning is a lifelong, communal act. Not a performance, not a competition, and never confined to classrooms.
At Kell’s Classroom Collective, we honor both the silly and the serious. We believe joy and rigor can (and should!) coexist. That curiosity and wonder are more powerful than certainty. And that humility—being willing to say “Well shucks, I didn’t know that!”—opens the door to true growth.
We center collective efficacy: the idea that when people learn together, everyone rises. We trust intuition and data. Heart and evidence. Personal reflection and systemic change.
We serve educators, mamas, leaders, families—and anyone who is still becoming (which is all of us). We believe teaching happens everywhere: in classrooms, sure, but more often in communities, living rooms, car rides, and conversations along the way.
Our work is about remembering:
that you are already capable, because you’re curious
that you do not have to know everything to begin
and that learning is something we do with one another, not to one another
We are building a culture where growth is shared, wisdom is collective, and learning is an act of love.
Services we offer
$333 total for all 3 months (or $111/month)
A small group of humans — just 6 to 8 of you — meeting every other week for three months to grow together, one layer at a time.
This isn't a lecture, and it isn't a support group performing its way through a script. It's a room where you don't have to have it figured out yet, surrounded by people doing their own version of the same work.
Three months, three objectives:
- Month 1 — Mind: mindset, self-talk, and the research-based practices that actually shift how we think and respond.
- Month 2 — Body: grounding, nervous system awareness, and honoring the physical self as part of real growth, not separate from it.
- Month 3 — Soul: identity, values, and reconnecting to what matters most underneath the noise.
Each month is built on real research, not just vibes — and on both self-efficacy (your own belief in your ability to grow) and collective efficacy (the shared belief that this group, together, can hold real change).
What's included:
- A small group of 6-10 people — small enough that everyone's actually seen, big enough that you're never carrying it alone.
- Twice-monthly video sessions — roughly 6 sessions across the 3 months, one objective per month.
- A 3-month commitment — enough time for a real group to form, not just a room of strangers who met once.
Who it's for: people who want the accountability and warmth of a group without losing intimacy — humans who do better growing out loud, next to others doing the same.
Here’s what you can expect this go ‘round:
Month 1- Brain Science & Neuroplasticity: Grounded in Donald Hebb's foundational research on how repetition physically rewires the brain. And yet, change was never just circuitry. It's the very human courage it takes to keep showing up before the new pathway feels natural. We honor both.
Month 2- Listening to Your Body: Grounded in A.D. Craig's research on interoception, the body's own sense of its internal state. And yet — your body isn't just a data source. It's been trying to protect you, in its own language, your whole life. We honor both the signal and the story underneath it.
Month 3- Permission to Feel: Grounded in Marc Brackett's RULER framework from the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence. And yet — no framework can fully hold what it feels like to finally let yourself feel something all the way through. We honor both the science of emotion and the sacredness of feeling it.

You don't need someone to fix you. You need someone in your corner asking, "hey, how'd it go?"
The Nudge is a 3-month accountability buddy built for the humans who already know what they need to do — they just need a gentle push… and someone who actually notices when they don't follow through. :)
What's included:
Weekly email check-ins — a little nudge in your inbox every week, keeping whatever you're working on top of mind without turning into one more thing on your to-do list.
One 45-minute virtual check-in a month — a real conversation, once a month, to talk through what's working, what's stuck, and where the nudge needs to get louder (or softer).
A 3-month commitment — because real change doesn't happen in a single session. Three months is enough time to build a rhythm, not just a resolution.
Who it's for: teachers, parents, and humans working on something specific — a boundary, a habit, a mindset shift, a project that keeps stalling out — who need consistent, low-pressure support to actually follow through.
Say what you mean, mean what you say.
$222/month — two 45-minute 1:1 sessions a month, ongoing
Sometimes you just need to say the thing.
Clarity Chats are focused 1:1 sessions for the moment you're stuck and need a thought partner, not another opinion. There's no fixed end date and no long-term contract — just consistent, honest space held for you, for as long as it's useful.
What's included:
- Two 45-minute 1:1 video sessions a month — enough regular contact to build real momentum, without it taking over your calendar.
- Month-to-month, ongoing — stay as long as it's serving you, pause or leave whenever it's not.
- Direct, honest coaching — built for clarity, not just comfort.
Who it's for: people who don't need a full year-long deep dive but do need regular, focused space to think out loud, get unstuck, and say the true thing — about a decision, a relationship, a pattern, whatever's loudest right now.
